PS to last message - Sabine Meyer's tempi are pretty fast, but she doesn't
seem to me to sound so nearly so rushed or "pushy" as does Michael Collins
on his recent recording of K622 (coupled with the Beethoven Violin Concerto
transcription on DGG which is a wonderful exhibition of technical facility &
musicianship). I'm sure the "pushiness" was intentional but wonder why -
does anyone have any ideas about that?
Regards,
Tim.
