nuh" etc. as fast as you can. That is precisely how fast you are capable
of tonguing, regardless of what is stuck to the top of your clarinet. If
you wish to increase your tonguing velocity get faster at pronouncing nuh
nuh nuh nuh nuh nuh nuh nuh nuh nuh nuh .....
