Who mentioned you Tony? I`m sorry, that just *had* to come out after
sinking this evening`s bottle of Crete wine.

I agree with all that has been said, you and Kevin. The phrase "1 or 2" was
really meant to be "going on 100`s" - or "quite a lot". A derogatory remark,
cynical, but humorous(?) if you like, which some listers took literally.
It`s difficult to express oral inflections in writing, and I ain`t quite the
writer wot I oughta be. I think you also have misunderstood me in times gone
by, but we`ll let that "lie peacefully", - PLEASE!
I have, I hope you will be pleased to discover, found and purchased a copy
of "Pierrot lunaire" op 21. I tried to
find the Chamber Symphony also but no such luck. Maybe one day - - - - The
Universal Ed of op 21 has everything, incl. the preparatory notes all in
German, so at present I havn`t a clue what is going on - apart from the
"mathematics" of the serialism. I`m into a work for solo voice and organ at
present, so apart from very quick glances, Schoenberg will have to sit in
the pews at the back.
What about the anagrams from Nancy`s daughter. I`ve printed them up already,
for my wife (enuff said) to take to work tomorrow.
I`m not going to be sneezing for the rest of the week. Must catch up on
things.
Best
Tony W.
