I posted this in May, but have had no success in finding the horn. Any help
would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, fellow clarinetists. I am sorry to report that my 1998 Buffet
Prestige (1193-2 serial #3***7) bass clarinet was among the items stolen from
my apartment during a daytime burglary in Evanston, Illinois on Tuesday, May
23. The instrument was not covered under that residence's renter's insurance.
I doubt it could have traveled far, but I am offering a reward of $500 for
information leading to the recovery of my horn. A police report was filed,
and I will keep tabs on the pawnshops in the Chicago area and EBAY. I'm not
sure if the thief would have discarded my mouthpieces and such. Either way,
keep an open eye for this instrument. I can be reached at 217-328-5492.
