Thanks for pointing out "already at risk".
My friend suffered a stroke while bending over a fish pond.
What I wanted to do was get information from clarinet playing physicians and
other knowledgeable persons, which this mailing list
has allowed me to do.
I will pass the information to my friend to discuss with the neurologist,
who may not be aware of the physiological effects of play ing clarinet.
