Since it was in email, I can't repeat it here on the list. But it
turns out that someone on this list knew something (that I didn't know)
about the "empty copying machine" story that I told a day or two ago.
Furthermore, it turns out that my email correspondent and I share a
few things in common. For sure, we never would have met any other way
except here on the Internet.
So it _is_ a small world here on the Internet, but it's also a
good world -- despite spam and trolls and flame wars and occasional
misinformation.
