An experienced and knowledgeable tech could probably do wonders with if you
were to convence them to take on the challenge. BUT, it would be very costly
unless you have a good bribe. No one in the early 60s ever would have
thought of a 40hp VW being a threat at the track but in the hands of the
right tech, many a Mustang owner got embarassed by "Herbie".
