Haven't dealt with these folks but have purchased horns, etc. overseas both
in person and via mail order. Keep in mind that you probably won't be able
to avoid the US customs duty which, I believe, is currently a flat 10% on
anything up to $10,000. Moreover, if you buy mail order there no doubt will
be an additional charge for the customs broker who handles the package when
it arrives, and you'll also have the inconvenience of going to the "port of
entry" [airport, whatever], getting the paperwork from the customs broker,
going to customs to pay the duty, returning to the broker to pick up the
mechandise...and then you can drive home with your new horn.

It aint easy, and you can add 12 to 15% to the basic cost of the horn.
Better to buy from one of big bix discounters? I can't say...it's a
subjective call. Fred S.
