Neil,

I'm sorry to hear about your Selmer........

I'm especially sorry to know that the Brannens continue to limit their work
- they have been doing this increasingly for the past two or three years,
and it has become difficult to continue to recommend to my students that
they should call them. More than one has come back stating that they had
their "head bitten off" when they tried to make an appointment. Sadly, the
expert technician is rapidly becoming the "I only am an expert at Buffet"
technician. I am always disappointed when someone doesn't keep up on their
craft.

I am sure that Rick Sayre would do a very nice job in resoring your model
37 back to it's terrific playing self.

Good luck!

Sincerely,
Roger Garrett
