I hate to come out of my telephone booth at this stage; but, as a
practicing attorney, I must suggest that the Schoenberg story is third
level heresay and would be laughed out of any court.

1. Burghauser told Haggin
2. Haggin wrote it down
3. Leeson told us

In college (1968 or 69)I heard the same story - but it was supposed to have
happened in a rehearsal of Pierrot Lunaire!
