There's a number of legal reasons why the CD can't be sold to people who
didn't attend the conference, mostly to do with copyright releases.

How can it be different for ones who attended and ones who didn't?? If they
licensed a number specific to the license, what is the difference whether
one attended or not? (Copyright being Copyright)

The Flute Conventions don't (at least 4 years ago, but I'll bet still
don't) have recordings at all, and say that it is due to copyright
problems. I find that really unfortunate, as the recordings are great to have.

I ask that being a member of the organization that gave the ClarFest.
(wouldn't that make a difference?)
