I am looking for a **specific cushion**.

My apologies, Mark. I didn't mean to push any buttons, nor to sound
'snippy'. (it's always easier to judge this in hindsight) But I have
been searching for a cushion of particular size also, and in case this
idea works for you:

I suddenly realized: why not buy a large cork ($1.99 for a pack of
them at the local hardware store) and cut exactly the size & shape that
I want? Cork has just the right amount of 'softness" for me, but it
also has enough strength to stay in one place.
Of course, a large chunk of cork sticks out like a sore thumb (pun
intended), but I used black electrical tape to strap it onto my existing
thumb rest. It blends with the clarinet -- sort of like putting black
electrical tape on a bass mouthpiece if the ligature slides around too
much -- and nobody has noticed so far.

Cheers,
Bill
(let's see, if Koiman (sp?) gets $100+ for an adjustable thumb rest, I
ought to be able to charge $25 per custom-fitted thumb rest cushion +
$7.50 shipping/handling....)
