Hi, All!
Thought I'd share my latest "household hint" for storing all those
mouthpieces, barrels, ligatures and caps that I've been breeding in shoeboxes
all these years. On my latest foray to my local fabric store, I ran across a
wooden rack meant to hold spools of thread. Comes in 2 sizes - I used the
one meant for larger spools. It has several tiers of dowels mounted in rows,
and can either stand on a flat surface like an easel or be hung on the wall.
Perfect for keeping all those spare parts safe and organized, and it looks
really cool, too!
Now, if only I could come up with the ultimate reed organization system!
