50$ is cheap compared to what you will pay to be able to play this puppy. Had
to give a lecture to 'interested patrons' some 15 years ago when Gervase deP.
was coming to town to strut his stuff.. I managed to buy it for a LOT less than
what you quote. Cant believe prices have increased that much. Seems to be a
rip off. Look at it this way, the more you pay for something the more you
cherish it. I'll see if I can find my old copy and tell you the publisher.
Probably the same pub. as before. What do you want to do with it? Keep it or
borrow it?
