I knew it had Biblical origins, but not having been educated too much re:
The Holy Bible 1 as a young child all those years ago, it had sort of sunk
into the mega-distant subconscious. All your posts now bring back my
familiarity of the fable, helped along also by subsequent remakes on the big
wide screen. What would we do without Hollywood?

Are there any clarinettists` who work in the recording studios there. Is
Andre Previn still active there. Does Hollywood still have the music writing
"factories" on site within their sound studios?

Thanks again for the religious instruction.

Best,
Tony W.
P.S. I`ve forgotten all about Dr Who also. That also originated many years
ago, altho` not quite as many as what we have been discussing. And
Hitchhikers Guide was never what I considered to be funny. I just didn`t
enjoy the prog. Bit of a flop - this e-mail all told ain`t it? Go and get
ready for your Sat. morn. teaching Tone,
and stop boring all these wonderful instrumentalists`.
