. . . me three. The C* was a fantastic first mouthpiece (came with my
Bundy!) and a fantastic concert mouthpiece, too. The good news is that it
is *still* available, albeit in metal. (But everyone knows that "legit"
players never use metal. Ask Marcel Mule).

What frosts me is that Meyer did exactly the same thing. The Meyer 5M of
today is not the same as the one I "borrowed" from my teacher in high
school. Unfortunately, he kept good records and I had to give it back
(sigh). I can get a fix of the old Meyer from my best friend, who will
gladly lend me both his Meyer 5M and the 1955 Selmer Mark VI . . . but sell
me neither.

It's just not fair.
