Yamaha's standard models are the YCL-20 (plastic) and YCL-34 (wood). They
did at one time market a YCL-24 II. Oddly enough, this was actually a Vito
with differently-sculpted trill keys! Yamaha's plastic bass clarinets are
still Vitos with leather pads, not that that is a bad thing. Olds bass
clarinets also appear to be Vitos. Yamaha has made a lot of Holton brass
for Leblanc, and even Bach low brass for Selmer. The stencil tradition is
alive and well in the band instrument business!
