'Cause your mail server decided either it wasn't going to talk to Sneezy
when Sneezy asked politely or because your mail server decided to squirrel
away the message and deliver it late, just to annoy you.

In other words - your mail server may have been down for a short period of
time and Sneezy backs off for a while when a server doesn't respond or there
may have been a problems with the delivery on your end even though the
message got through. I think most people experience this in email from time
to time.
