I prefer the old Soloist-style arch-chambered Selmers myself, and use them
on both my alto and tenor. They are a little (pardon the expression)
warmer than the current models. The Selmer metal classical mouthpieces
(NOT the Jazz series) are the only ones they make with the arch chamber any
more. To make an S-80 into one, though, you would have to ADD material to
round off the upper two corners!
