If you want to see the ultimate in sax players who double on bass clarinet,
check out the video of the classic Jack Benny movie, "The Horn Blows at
Midnight." When the scene shifts to the "heavenly orchestra," be prepared
for a multitude of seated bass clarinet players with their horns to the side
like tenor sax players.
