The Krommer Partita in C Major for Nine Winds is available for downloading
and your playing pleasure. It is a more complex work than recent ones
which I have sequenced. All movements offer some challenge to the
clarinetist and not a little frustration because of the sixteenth runs in
the key of concert C. It is not surprising that the manuscript I used for
sequencing was written for C clarinet. They require more than a little
practice for those of us with Bb instruments.
