Exactly this exercise was taught to me by Larry Teal, renowned former
saxophone teacher at the University of Michigan. I have used it many times in
my life, to get back in shape, particularly.

A great time to do this is while driving, if you don't mind a few funny
stares........Come to think of it, another great time is when you're browsing
through e-mail.

I'm sure we all grimace a lot, on this list, especially when all of you have
to suffer through my posts.
