This exercise I learned from saxophone class:
Pucker the lips as if you were going to whistle. Hold
that position for a few seconds. Then make the widest
and goofest smile you can make. Hold that position for
the same amount of time as you did for the whistle. Go
back to the whistle. Repeat and increase the amount of
time. Have fun!!! You may not want to do this if
anyone is watching.
