Well, meaning, I suppose, that next time I myself move when I'm playing,
I'll think of you -- or not.

As is often the case with this sort of thing, it's a matter of degree, and
of whom you're talking to.

For example, some young or inexperienced players certainly move too much.
This 'too much' might be too much for their own good technically, or be
inappropriate to the music that they're playing, so that it puts them more
out of touch with what the music itself communicates. So something like
your point of view might be useful for them -- even though I'd approach the
problem by making them more aware of their usually unconscious
'choreography', and move it towards something more appropriate, rather than
trying to eliminate it entirely at a stroke.

Some other players seem to be 'stuck' when they play, both musically and
physically. To get them more in touch with their bodies, and to get them to
respond physically to how the music might make them want to move, can often
be a good start for them. In this case, your point of view isn't helpful.
