I agree with Mr. Niethamer here, as did Marcellus. Bonade has interesting
musical ideas, but we cannot use them without at least consulting the
original markings first. There are also some wrong notes sprinkled around
this book.

With all due respect to Daniel Bonade (who taught most of the next
