Nah. I'm reminded of a quote from one of my long-gone gigs:
"Penis? Sounds like what a doctor would have hanging off of him! All the
guys I know and love in the music business have c***s or d***s at least!"

Actually, 'minchia' is feminine...so make of that what you will.
Though there's an English translation, and one in common use too, I think
it's significantly more offensive than the Italian version.
