Hello Lacy,
This is a standard item on the Jupiter 631N Clarinet (adjustable thumbrest
with a hole for a strap hook). It retails for about $10 my cost from
Jupiter as one of their dealers, and I allow for about 15 minutes labor to
install them. I will sell the part (including screws) to anyone for $20
