Subj: [kl] alto clarinet reeds

I was wondering if there are any reeds that you can use on alto clarinet that
are not made for the alto clarinet. I know you can use tenor sax reeds on
Bass clarinet but can you swap out for the alto clarinet? The reason I ask
is because there are not many choices on alto clarinet reeds.
