My records show that the quintet was composed in 1914 and the composer died
in 1927.
Is the quintet in the public domain? I don't remember the 1995 discussion.
Did the discussion of the shared cost revolve around paying a fee to a
copyright owner or just the work involved? If the former, perhaps we ought
to hold out until 2002 when a score can be produced without concern about
copyright.

manuscript is not known to me) Does anyone have news of progress with this
project?
