I use to have a lot of pain due to just over biting.. i would go through a
mouthpiece in like a half a year it was horrible.. but I've let my face and teeth
relax a little since then and the pain has faded away.. putting rubber mouthpiece
guards on your mouthpiece, i think it helps reduce the vibration that goes from
the reed through the mouthpiece to the teeth.. just a few thoughts.. hope i could
help somewhat.
