"Il primo violino è il cuore... il cervello dell'orchestra!" (the first
violin is the heart... the brain of the orchestra)

And the clarinet player answer:
"... e il clarinetto è la minchia!"

How did they translate this in your language?

It is a joke but... when I'm confused about music and music playing I use
this film as therapy. I suggest you to watch it; at least 3-4 times in a
year.

And it is a credible vision of the orchestral behavior in Italy (referred to
the years it was filmed).
