Mike,
I would check with Daniel Dietch or Steven Fox. They both make
reproduction instruments and if unable to fill the request currently either
could recommend someone else- they're both on the retail page of my site.
I think it is Daniel Bangman (I most likely butchered his name) who does
this type of work in England.
