I deleted nearly all mails in the several mailboxes on my computer, so I
also lost your private address. So I am sending you the requeated
information by way of this list.

When I called De Haske, they said you might also try HalLeonard (I hope I
spell it right), the girl on the phone thought this editor is in Milwaukee.
No English translation exists, but the method is clear enough in itself. It
costs hfl 29,95, at todays rate that is US$12,85, but of course I don't know
about shipping costs.

The other book is "Intrada" by Jan van Beekum, this one has beem edited by
Molenaar edition bv
