The Kooiman thumb rest made a great difference to me. I felt it made
the fingers of my right hand more free, balanced the weight of the
clarinet better, and ended the agony of pain in my thumb. It also
allowed my right foreamto relax more. I didn't need my neck strap or
any other gadget after getting it.

Just a fan, no financial interest in the Kooiman company!
