Having recently unloaded a tenor sax gig bag on eBay, I found that I have=

a little extra cash laying around. I also remembered reading good things
about the Buffet Chadash barrels on the Sneezy web page, so I almost orde=
red
one of those, if only to try it out. But then I remembered a clarinet pla=
yer
I met at All-State orchestra this year, and he told me how great his Moen=
ig
was. So my question is this:Is it worth it to buy one of these barrels?
Are either of these two barrels better enough than the standard Buffet R-=
13
barrel to justify spending $100 to get one of them? And if so, which of
the two is better? They're exactly the same price and I've heard good thi=
ngs
about both of them. If it helps, I'm a high school clarinet player planni=
ng
to concentrate more in orchestral playing than band, and I play a Morgan
RM-10 mouthpiece with a 3.5 Zonda Classico reed and a Rover EDII ligature=

on a Buffet R-13 Bb clarinet. I'm not sure how much of that was actually
nevessary, but more information is always better, I guess. Any help you
could give woul be appreciated. Oh, and I would be ordering a 66mm barrel=
,
for what that's worth. Anybody had good/bad experiences with either of th=
ese
barrels that they'd like to relate?
