Auditions for the Las Cruces Symphony are nearing and one of the excerpts
I will be required to play is the slow clarinet solo (that basically spans
an entire movement) in the Pines of Rome. I don't have the Pines in any
of my excerpt books, but I do have a photocopy of a photocopy of a
photocopy of the actual part. Needless to say, it's a burden to try and
read.

Does anyone know of an excerpt book STILL AVAILABLE that would have the
Respighi in it? If not, does anyone have a MIDI or a .mus file of it that
I could print out (or perhaps even a PDF)? Since it won't be a
performance, but for an audition, aquiring a copy by such means wouldn't
be a legal problem, would it?
