I just picked up a Seiko DM-40, which, in addition to the subdivisions,
plays a whole chromatic OCTAVE of tuning pitches, adjustable from A=438 to
A@-----. It also has a cover to
prevent inadvertent actuations, a problem I keep having with the DM-20 stuck
in my music bag. Note that on both this and the DM-10 (and DM-20, which
also subdivides and has a 440 A tuning pitch) the numbers move fast if you
hold the button down. Yamaha also makes a small one which works very
similarly to the DM-20 (probably the same chip) that has both 440 A AND Bb
tuning pitches.

If you have to mic a saxophone, the rest of the band is too loud.
