If this is the same book we used to use at school, it's a Belwin series.
Clarinet Student (or Trumpet Student or whatever instrument you need) is the
basic method book. Tunes For Technique, Soloist, Studies and Melodious
Etudes, and Duets are supplemental books in support of the main book. I
don't have my clarinet book at home to check the editor. The entire series
seems to have been under the supervision of Fred Weber, but each
instrument's series also names a collaborating editor who is specific to
the instrument.
