I was wondering the same thing - in piano I worked on the Anna Magdalena
songbook not too long after starting lessons. Some of the pieces aren't too
bad for a beginning piano student (some, of course, were _much_ harder than
they looked :^) I haven't seen anything of that caliber of music for a
beginning clarinet student .
