I have tried the Legere reeds and I have not really enjoyed them on the
Soprano Clarinet Bb,A, C. I have used them on my Bass clarinet with great
success. They don't squeak when I do crazy stuff on the bass. On klezmer gigs
my bass sits on the stand and waits to do an intro on a ballad and its always
ready. If I can find one for my saxophones that work as well as the bass I'll
be Jazzed. I would love for Guy Legere to post some of the things he has
learned about reeds (Cane and Synthetic) to this board. He has to figured out
lots of things on his "quest" that could be very interesting for us to know.
Are the . 25 strengths available in stores yet?
