Rod,
Which of the Goodman recording do you have?
I think there were two & you probalbly have the earlier one.
I could never understand why the "Rough Guide to Clasical Music on CD" which
is pretty solid otherwise (IMO) recommended the Goodman version. (But it's
less alarming than Kell's!). Agree about the Copeland concerto but I have
only Goodman's & Meyer 's to choose from.
BTW, the later (1999) Sabine Meyer version is on its way to you. Interested
to see what you think of it (one od the greatest - IMO again).
