According to my copy, the International edition was done by Reginald Kell.
The piano reduction was by Kling and "newly revised" by Karl Heinz Fuessl,
copyright 1959.

You may be thinking of the Kalmus edition, which is a reproduction of the
older Breitkopf edition.
