Well, I guess it will just have to be printed on normal 8 1/2 x 11, then,
unless the purchaser also has a larger-format printer. The lasting
qualities of the stock will be relatively unimportant, since you can print
a new copy anytime you feel the old one is too dog-eared. Some printed
music already comes in the smaller format, and on not-that-great paper.

I haven't seen anything printed in standard Adobe PDF format that wasn't
perfectly acceptable. I'll give you the binding matter, but that tends not
to be a problem except in larger works, eg., symphonic scale compositions.
Band music rarely goes beyond 4 pages. By the way, the last several pit
bands I have played in had computer printed music books rather than the old
standard diazo-reproduced manuscript.
