The problem I see in distributing printed music via CDROMS is mostly in page
layout; most of our music is printed in quarto in a larger format than 8 1/2
x 11 or A size paper and is printed on more durable (and easier handling)
stock than the standard stuff you use for business or personal printing.
There's binding issues, output resolution, and such things that need
resolution, too.
