Hi to all sneezy fans.
I'm a portuguese student and i was watching the fingering chart (quarter and eight tone) from «New directions from clarinet» (Rehfeldt, Philip - University of California press) and suddenly appears some words which i can't translate. For example, for an low pitched F sharp, Philip Rehfeldt uses the normal finger for f sharp plus f key with the note «Press "F#" opening with left thigh, obtaining leverage between the thigh and the "f" finger. What "thigh" means? In other fingerings he use some terms like legs, ankles, knees. What this words means?.
