Not at all. In fact, your comment *proves* the point! There are
especially skilled people in every field, and by definition they can
overcome greater obstacles than the 'average' human being can. The fact
that many human beings are not equally skilled simply shows that the
obstacles are truly there.

I wonder if it's fair to say that more people do well at music than
at writing?
