It's my opinion that "ldj" is probably getting a kick out of all the
attention that is being paid concerning the multiple post.
Perhaps my cynical side is showing, but I imagine it would be best to just
ignore her/him at this point and perhaps the
problem will disappear.

This isn't the story I got. I contacted "ldj" privately, trying to make
some suggestions about proper uses of the list, and requesting a little
more consideration of other subscribers. In a reply, the person in
question stated, and I paraphrase, that he/she "had already been kicked
off of 46 or 47 other clarinet lists." Overlooking for the moment that I
seriously doubt that that many lists concerned with the clarinet have
ever existed, he/she seemed quite proud of that accomplishment.
