Is the arrangement different from simply putting one string one a part?
(ie did Sean rearrange the orchestral string writing?)
If you are on the list Sean pardon my referring to you in the third person.

I am playing the Finzi with single strings in a chamber music
series next season and when I programmed it I wasn't aware of
Sean's arrangement.
