I told you that I have to play the bass clarinet part in Dvorak's Requiem.

I've discovered something very disagreeable.

At first I had to play the second clarinet part but the first has called a
girl (one of his pupils, 18 years old!) to replace me. So I've to play bass
clarinet... 30/40 notes in 2 ours of music.

Now I'm very demoralized.

I love music and to play music.
But... in the musical ambient (in Italy, I don't know in the rest of the
world) music is often the last problem. And this is very demoralizing.
You have to be a politician... then a musician.
