That should be d#/a# or Eb/Bb however you care to look at it. This key is
usually referred to by the the name using the flat keys. However, I use it
fairly regularly. It is especially useful in scalewise runs in the keys of
Bb (two flats) and Eb (three flats) and in chromatic scale runs. If you are
accustomed to it, it is probably the fastest fingering for this note in such
scalewise runs. It is also very useful for trills of D to Eb (chalumeau)
and A to Bb (clarion).

Each of the available fingerings for the Eb/Bb has its advantages and
disadvantages. Personally I consider this fingering, the fingering using
the side key, and the fingering using the first finger of the left hand plus
the first finger of the right hand to be of equal importance. Passages that
are best suited for each of these different fingerings occur often enough in
music that all should be learned to a fairly high level of proficiency.
